1. Are you the factory manufacturer ot trading company?
A: Yes, we are manufacturer and produce lighting accessories such as soft line switches, and precision connector for over 15years.

2. How can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry (Except weekend and holidays).
If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote. Our price term is EXW.

3. Can I get a sample before order in bulk? What's your MOQ?
A：Yes, sure. Sample order is always welcome. If the quantity is not too much, we can offer for free but delivery cost should be collected. Different products have different MOQ, we can discuss step by step.

4. What is the lead time?
A: Usually, for small order, our lead time is 3-7days. If bulk order is over 10000pcs, lead time needs to be discussed step by
step. We have stock for most of our models.

5. What is your payment terms?
A：We accept T/T and LC. Others we can dicsuss together. If you can pay RMB, it will be better.

6. Do you have a guarantee of your product quality?
A: Now our products are produced in strict quality control system and defective rate is under 0.1%. For the defective products, we can send new ones to replace along with your new order.

7. What is the shipping method?
A: It could be shipped by sea, by air or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.
